The North Balwyn Baseball Club is gearing up for the opening of the 2023 season, with all senior and women’s teams set to take the field on Saturday, April 22nd. The club has been working hard in the off-season to prepare for the new season, with new recruits and returning players eager to hit the ground running.
“The opening of the season is always an exciting time,” said Club Coach, Neil Burke. “We’ve been training hard over the off-season, and I’m looking forward to seeing the team in action.”
The North Balwyn Baseball Club has a proud history of success, with multiple premierships to their name. The club is hoping to build on that success in the coming season, with both the senior and women’s teams looking strong.
“We’ve got a great mix of experience and youth in both teams,” said Neil. “I’m confident we can be competitive and give ourselves a chance at another premiership.”
