Paying your club fees at the North Balwyn Baseball Club comes with a host of benefits and reflects the core values of our tight-knit community. Baseball Victoria/Baseball Australia
Fee Schedule
Fees are paid in two parts, club fees and Baseball Victoria (BV)/Baseball Australia (BA) fees.
Club Fees cover the day-to-day running of the club, whereas BV fees cover insurance, injury cover and admin fees for the league to run across the state.
All Club Fees are set at the Club AGM for the year prior. All BV Fees are set by Baseball Victoria according to their constitution.
You must register with BV before you are able to pay the fee. For more information on how to register for BV please check out BVs Help Page.

U13 - U15
- Junior Playing Senior $350
Eligible players, playing 2 games
- Full Time Student $300
Need Student ID
- Women $350
Add $50 if playing Seniors
- Seniors $360
Part Season & single game Fee options available
- Single Games $25*
Must be pre-purchased in 3 game blocks * Full BV fees are required regardless

Fee Assistance
At the North Balwyn Baseball Club, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy of baseball, regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why we offer a fee assistance program designed to break down barriers and ensure accessibility for all groups.
Our program includes payment plans, grants, and fee relief options, making it easier for individuals and families to participate in our sport without financial burdens. We understand that financial constraints should never hinder someone’s passion for the game, and through this initiative, we strive to create an inclusive and diverse community where everyone feels welcome. So, if you or someone you know is eager to step up to the plate but may need a helping hand, our fee assistance program is here to support you on your baseball journey.
Equally, should you wish to sponsor a player or donate to the club, we have partnered with the Australian Sports Foundation which has been helping athletes, sporting clubs and organisations fundraise for more than 30 years. We will be sharing ways to donate via the Australian Sports Foundation, in the meantime, should you wish to donate or sponsor a team, player or event please reach out to us today and let’s make baseball a sport for all!
