Watsonia, led by Coach Jarryd Rogers, is gunning for its first A Grade premiership in over 20 years. Rogers praised his team’s hard work, saying, “The lead-up to this game has been intense and exciting. It’s fitting that it’s come down to us and North Balwyn, as both teams have one win each in our head-to-head matchups this season.”
Meanwhile, North Balwyn enters the Grand Final as Minor Premiers, after an outstanding season showcasing exceptional pitching and offense. Mitch Kennedy, President of North Balwyn Baseball Club, shared his pride in the team, saying, “We are incredibly proud of the way our team has played all year. Earning the Minor Premiership was a true testament to their hard work.”
